Open Tender Notice 70-72/2026 — Procurement of SS Strip, Chemo Dispensing PIN/Vial Spike & Syringe Filters

Issuer: Head Procurement, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for the items listed below. Tender documents/specifications can be obtained from the undersigned on written request on firm letterhead with the required bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.

Important instructions and conditions:

- Tender fee: Bank draft/pay order only; cash will not be accepted.

- Bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against past orders. Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected.

- Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Envelopes must be super-scribed with tender number and due date. Tenders received after the opening time will not be entertained.

- Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.

- The original bank draft should reach the office one day before the tender opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening date.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
