Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department and having own offices with telephone/fax) for supply of the following items. Tender documents are available on written request on firm letterhead accompanied by the prescribed bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.

Key conditions:
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per tender (bank draft/pay order only). Tender documents will not be issued for cash payments.
- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) payable in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- Validity: Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.
- Tenders received after the opening time/date will not be entertained. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
- Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft; original draft must be received one day before opening. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
