E‑Tender Notice — Buildings Division Rajanpur for Rescue Station & DC House Repair (Closing 2026-10-15)

Buildings Division Rajanpur invites e-tenders from engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal for the works listed below. Bidders must follow e-tendering procedures and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Tender submission deadline (online): 2026-10-15 by 01:00 PM (rates to be quoted online against BOQ items). Online bid opening: 15.10.2026 at 01:30 PM in presence of participating firms or authorized representatives.

- Registration: Only firms/contractors registered with PEC and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) may participate.

- Bid security: 5% of the bid value must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed. Physical financial instruments (CDR, bank drafts) will not be accepted as bid security via manual submission. However, the successful (lowest evaluated) bidder shall submit a Performance Guarantee up to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Rajanpur.

- Other conditions: Bids must comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and the e-procurement terms and conditions; rates quoted online will be treated as final for financial evaluation. Incomplete or non-conforming bids may be rejected. Contractors must upload required documents and financial instruments as per the e-procurement instructions. Recovery against defective material will be adjusted as necessary. Holiday/closure announcements by the Government may affect receiving/opening dates.
