Gwadar Provincial B&R Tender for ICT and Office Equipment

The Executive Engineer-II, Provincial Buildings and Roads, Gwadar, invites eligible bidders to supply ICT and office equipment under tender reference TSE-2627111218941. The tender fee is PKR 1,000.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Registration with the BPPRA Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether participating in electronic or manual procurement.

Eligibility: Bidders must have completed four assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 40,000,000 during the previous two years and have a turnover of at least PKR 40,000,000 in the two preceding consecutive years. They must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold a sales tax certificate and must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are permissible. Submission of the required bid security and bidding document fee is mandatory.

The 2% bid security must be furnished as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. A bidder whose security does not meet the requirements during financial evaluation will be declared ineligible and non-responsive.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through the EPPS system.
