PPHI Sindh Tender for Generator Procurement and Supply to Regional and District Offices

PPHI Sindh, a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids from interested bidders with relevant experience for the procurement and supply of generators for its regional and district offices. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure.

A complete set of bidding documents, including basic eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions, may be obtained from the PPHI Sindh Head Office in Karachi by submitting an application with a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1,000 in favour of PPHI Sindh. Documents will be issued from 16 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 on working days between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the scheduled time.

If a public holiday is announced or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day. All other terms and conditions, the venue, and the scheduled times will remain unchanged.

All bids must include applicable government taxes. These taxes will be deducted from bills or invoices according to government rules and policy.

Bid security equal to 1% of the total bid/contract value must be submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favour of PPHI Sindh and attached to the financial bid. Bids without the required security will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.
