Aror University Sukkur Tender for 1664 kWp Solar Power System and 2 MWh BESS under BOT Model

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed tenders through an Expression of Interest for the selection of contractors for engineering, procurement and construction of a 1664 kWp solar power system with a 2.00 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Tender reference: PD/AU-SKR/-435 of 2026, dated 4 November 2026. Interested contractors, firms, companies, suppliers and vendors must meet the eligibility criteria under the SPPRA Rules 2010, amended up to date, and hold valid registration with the Income Tax Department, SRB, FBR, PEC category C-2 or above, and PIB category C-1.

Bidders must submit a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes under SPPRA Rule No. 46(2), Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each envelope must be marked “Technical Proposal” and “Final Proposal”, respectively, and must reference tender enquiry No. PD/AU-SKR/-435 of 2026, dated 4 November 2026.

Tender documents are available through SPPRA E-Pad at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and the university website at https://aror.edu.pk, upon payment of the non-refundable fee through a pay order or demand draft in favour of “The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage” Sukkur. Bidding documents may be downloaded from 10 November 2026.

Completed bids must be submitted by 1:30 PM on 26 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day at Aror University, Sukkur, in the presence of contractors, companies or their representatives attending the opening. Proposals must comply with the Technical Evaluation Criteria in the bidding documents. Conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money will not be considered.

The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under the relevant SPPRA Rules, including bids without the required bid security amount, processing fees and form; bids received after the deadline; and bids from blacklisted or suspended bidders.

If a holiday is announced or other disruptions occur, tenders will be opened on the next working day according to the scheduled timing. Bidders will be informed by email or WhatsApp.
