MES CMES PAF Samungli Tender for Facilities Works and Government Auctioneer

The Military Engineer Services, Office of CMES (PAF) Samungli, invites sealed tenders for the following works under PPRA Rule 13(1)(2) of 2004. The works are designated SM.

Contractors must submit an application for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials. Applications will be scrutinized, and tender documents will be issued only to contractors with sufficient relevant experience who satisfy the special conditions applicable to the work and area.

Submission deadline: Tenders must reach the accepting officer by 11:30 AM on 23 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same date. Contractors or their representatives may attend the opening.

Applicants must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors without PEC registration are ineligible. Only contractors on the MES approved list in categories A, B, C, D or E who have experience of this type of work should apply.

Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming that they are not involved in litigation with any government department in a court of law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, E-in-C’s Branch GHQ, is outstanding against them.

The credentials must include details of works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand: serial number, name of work, agency, work amount, time allowed in months, commencement date, completion date, percentage progress of ongoing work, and the departmental performance report from the engineer in charge for each work.

The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with under Paragraph 33(i) of the PPRA Rules.
