PPHI Sindh Tender for Generator Supply, Installation and Commissioning in Karachi

PPHI Sindh, a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids from bidders with relevant experience for the procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of generators for two sites of its head office. Bidding will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure.

A complete set of bidding documents, including basic eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions, may be obtained from the PPHI Sindh Head Office in Karachi by submitting an application and the document-fee pay order.

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. If a public holiday is announced or unfavourable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day, with the same times, venue and other terms and conditions.

All bids must include applicable government taxes. These taxes will be deducted from bills or invoices in accordance with government rules and policy.

Firms must submit bid security equal to 1% of the total bid/contract value through a pay order or demand draft in favour of PPHI Sindh, attached to the financial bid. A bid without this security will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.
