Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways. REDAMCO invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) from firms, companies and individual bidders for grant of lease rights on prime Pakistan Railways land on a lease model. Lease period: 21 years (extendable for a further 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound). Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to follow local construction by-laws.
Key dates: Pre-bid meeting on 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also available on Zoom). Submission deadline: on or before 2026-08-11 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Bidding to be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended).
