Tender — Dietary Items for Mess | Police Training School Farooqabad (FY 2026–27)

Issuer: Principal, Police Training School (PTS), Farooqabad. Purpose: procurement of dietary/meal items for the Mess of PTS Farooqabad for the financial year 2026–2027. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

• Each bid must be a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes: a Technical Proposal (details/specifications, catalogue, bidding documents, earnest money, and samples where required) and a Financial Proposal (rates including all taxes/charges on the firm’s letterhead).
• Envelopes should be clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”.
• Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals will remain sealed and will be opened in accordance with the rules after technical evaluation.
