Metropolitan Corporation Lahore — E-Tender Notice for Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Works (City Zones)

Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites e-tenders on a single-stage, one-envelope procedure from eligible firms/contractors registered/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for multiple rehabilitation, reconstruction, repair and improvement works across Lahore city zones. Procurement will be conducted through the e-Procurement system (EPADS); Tender Notice and Bidding Documents are available on EPADS and the PPRA website.

Key instructions (as published):

- Eligible contractors must be registered/renewed with PEC in the relevant category.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. The prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank at 3% of the estimated cost.

- Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Original CDR (earnest money) and other required hard-copy documents must be submitted as per the instructions in the bidding documents.

How to obtain and submit: Tender documents and the e-bidding procedure are available on EPADS and the PPRA website. Bidders must upload proposals on EPADS; physical original CDR (3% of estimated cost) and any other required hard-copy documents must be furnished as instructed in the bidding documents. Bids received after the prescribed time or in non-compliance with EPADS requirements will be rejected.
