NRTC Tender HR/09-2026: Group Health Insurance for Employees (Haripur)

Issuer: National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (N.R.T.C.), General Manager HR, T&T Colony, Khan Pur Road, Haripur. Tender No: HR/09-2026.

Purpose: Provision of group health insurance for NRTC employees (IPD & OPD as specified).

Eligibility and conditions:

- Only Health Insurance Companies rated AA+ or above by PACRA or JCR-VIS may bid.

- Service provider must be registered with FBR and be an active taxpayer; otherwise the bid will be treated as cancelled.

Key tender particulars:

• Tender procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope.
• Bidding document cost: Rs 5,000 (non-refundable). Bidding documents available from the undersigned during working days.
• Bid security: Rs 2,500,000 in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of NRTC Haripur, to be attached with the bid in a separate envelope.
• Prices must be quoted in PKR. Price components inclusive and exclusive of taxes should be mentioned separately.
• Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• All bids will be evaluated per the evaluation and eligibility criteria specified in the bidding document and in accordance with PPRA rules. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
• Submission method: Sealed bids may be dropped in the tender box placed near the entrance of NRTC. Bids should reach the undersigned by 1100 hours (see tender document for exact deadline period). Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.
