Karakoram Cooperative Bank (KCBL) Tender: Fortinet-Based SD-WAN, Network Security & Centralized Management Solution

Issuer: Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL), Administration Department, Head Office, Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan. KCBL invites sealed bids under a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure (per PPRA Rule 36(b)) for the expansion of an existing Fortinet-based enterprise SD‑WAN, network security and centralized management solution for KCBL.

Key eligibility and submission requirements include registration with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), valid National Tax Number (NTN), registration with the Sales Tax Department (status active) and FBR, company profile with organization structure and names of directors/proprietors/partners, minimum operational experience (firm operational for at least 8+ years with specific qualifications/experience in providing/procuring Fortinet services in Pakistan), list of similar engagements in last two years (preferably in banking), audited financial statements for last 3 years, annual sales/turnover and bank reference/creditworthiness proof. Vendors must provide proven track record of delivering similar services to at least 3 banks and attach banker's certificate and completion proof for past projects.

Financial/bid security: Call Deposit of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must be attached with the financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope in favor of SM Administration Department, Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes as per RFP instructions. Non-disclosure agreement specimen (valid for 3 years) may be obtained from the undersigned. Revised bids will not be allowed.
