Tender: Provision of Group Health Insurance for NRTC Employees

Issuer: National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (N.R.T.C.), General Manager HR.

Purpose: Procurement of a Group Health Insurance policy for NRTC employees covering IPD & OPD and IPD-only lives.

Eligibility and key conditions:

• Open to health insurance companies with at least AA+ rating from PACRA or JCR-VIS.
• Service providers must be registered with FBR and be active taxpayers; noncompliance will result in disqualification.
• Tender procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope.
• Bidding document cost: Rs 5,000 (non-refundable); documents available from the undersigned during working days.
• Bid security: Rs 2,500,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur, placed in a separate envelope.
• Prices must be quoted in PKR; indicate prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately.
• Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening.

Submission and opening:

• Bids must be sealed and delivered to the office of the undersigned or dropped in the tender box placed near the entrance of NRTC.
• Bids should reach the office up to 1100 hours (within 15 days as stated in the notice) with the clear title "PROVISION OF GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE" on the envelope.
• Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in accordance with PPRA rules.
