Independent System & Market Operator of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites applications for the position of Chief Internal Auditor on a contract basis. ISMO seeks a dynamic, qualified and experienced professional to lead internal audit, risk and compliance activities and support corporate governance.

Issuer	Independent System & Market Operator of Pakistan (ISMO)
Key Responsibilities	Evaluate accounting, financial, credit and other operational activities as an independent appraisal function. Review and appraise adequacy and application of accounting, financial and operational controls. Formulate internal audit programs covering all aspects of financial transactions. Develop and lead a competent internal audit team and discharge obligations of their positions. Maintain liaison with external and commercial auditors; coordinate with Audit Committee and Board for special audits and investigations. Evaluate effectiveness of compliance functions and risk controls.
Eligibility & Qualifications	Member of a recognized professional accounting body or qualification CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) from a reputable local or international university/institute. Minimum 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level roles. Demonstrated expertise in auditing and risk management, designing internal control procedures, and ensuring financial reliability in public/private sector, particularly SOEs or public sector projects. Must meet Fit & Proper criteria as per Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
