Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi Drug and Medical Supplies Re-Tender 2026–27

Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for the bulk procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical dressings and related supplies for the financial year 2026–27. This is the third re-tender, under bid reference PC/P/HFH/01/Re-Bids.

Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals registered with the e-Procurement system, relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions in English are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-Procurement portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are encouraged to register on the e-Procurement system to participate.

Electronic bids must be submitted online by 28 November 2026 at 10:00 AM through http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend at the hospital address below.

Bidders must provide bid security of up to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items, as required by the tender documents. The security must be uploaded to the e-Procurement portal through a generated PSID in accordance with portal requirements. Physical instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required.

Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date. Both brand names and generic names must be included for quoted items in the technical and financial proposals. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase and Tender Department during working hours before the bid opening date.

The procuring agency will not be responsible for submission failures caused by technical errors or internet failure, or for costs incurred in preparing or submitting bids. Electronic bids or proposals, including entries and records submitted through the EP-Punjab portal, will be rejected if found corrupt, unreadable or affected by a virus. If the opening date falls on an official holiday, bids will be opened the following day at the same time and venue.

The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date the advertisement is published on the PPRA website. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
