Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi Tender for Histopathology Services 2026–27

Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, invites electronic bids from well-reputed laboratories for outsourcing histopathology services for the financial year 2026–27. The bid reference is PC/P/HFH/21/R.

Eligible laboratories must have one year of experience in government or private sectors and be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement system, relevant registration authorities, and tax departments or authorities. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

They may also be downloaded through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/View_tender.aspx and the Punjab e-Procurement portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Bidders must submit their e-bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by the stated deadline. They are encouraged to register on the portal to participate. Bid security must be uploaded through the generated PSID according to the portal's requirements. Physical instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted.

Bids uploaded by the deadline will be opened at the hospital address below in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase and Tender Department during working hours before the bid-opening date.

Quoted items must include both brand names and generic names in the technical and financial proposals. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Any e-bid or e-proposal, including copies and records submitted through the portal, found to be corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected will be rejected.

The procuring agency will not be responsible for failure to submit an e-bid, technical errors, internet failure, or any costs or expenses incurred in preparing or submitting bids. If the bid-opening day is an official holiday, bids will be opened on the next day at the same time and venue.

The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
