NICVD Karachi Tender 06-2026 for PTMC and Angioplasty Supplies for Zakat and Donation Patients

The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), Karachi, invites online tenders through EPAD SPPRA for the supply of PTMC and angioplasty package items for Zakat and donation patients for financial year 2026-27. Tenders are addressed to the Executive Director, NICVD, Karachi, under SPPRA Rules, 2010, amended in 2019, on an FOR and C&F basis.

Eligible bidders: Well-reputed manufacturers, authorized distributors and sole agents registered with FBR for income tax and GST/SRB for sales or service tax, whichever is applicable.

Tender documents and fee: Download bidding documents from EPADS (SPPRA). Submit a pay order or cash payment of Rs. 3,000 for each tender in the name of the Executive Director, NICVD, Karachi. The tender-purchase period runs from 9 November 2026 to 24 November 2026.

Submission procedure: Submit bids through EPAD SPPRA at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ before the submission deadline. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed, and evaluation criteria will be strictly applied.

Bid security: A pay order or bank draft equal to 2% of the total bid price or estimated cost, payable to the Executive Director, NICVD, Karachi, must be submitted to the Procurement Department before bid opening.

Opening procedure: Technical bids will be opened online at 11:00 a.m. sharp on 24 November 2026 in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders. Financial bids will be opened a few days later after scrutiny of the technical bids.
