The District Police Officer, Sahiwal invites single-stage two-envelope sealed tenders (Framework Contracts) through the Punjab E-Procurement System (ePP) for purchase/repair of miscellaneous items and repair of buildings for the financial year 2026-27 (01.07.2026–30.06.2027). Financial proposals must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.

Key details and instructions:
- Estimated total cost of purchases/services: PKR 87.9 million; estimated cost of building repairs: PKR 7.0 million.
- Bid security: bidders shall submit bid security in the shape of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the District Police Officer, Sahiwal (as specified in the tender documents).
- On acceptance, the successful bidder must deposit Performance Security of 5% of the contract value as Call Deposit in favour of the District Police Officer, Sahiwal.
- Financial proposals must be uploaded on Punjab E-Procurement System (ePP). Sealed physical envelopes containing required documents must also be submitted as per tender instructions.
- All quoted rates are for financial year 2026-27 (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027). Government taxes and levies will apply as per rules.
- Submission deadline: tenders must reach the office of the District Police Officer, Sahiwal on or before 11 August 2026 by 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the DPO Office, Sahiwal.
- The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
