Gun & Country Club Islamabad Tender for Construction of a 100m Shooting Range

Gun & Country Club Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a 100-metre shooting range. Funds have been reserved for this procurement under FY 2026–27, and part of these funds will cover eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will use the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/tenderallprocurements. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Each bid must include the bid security amount prescribed in the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order, banker’s cheque, call at deposit or demand draft, or a bid-securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.

Bids must be prepared according to the electronic bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 2:00 PM on Monday, November 30, 2026. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.

A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement under Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The notification is available on the procuring agency’s website and the Authority’s website at www.ppra.gov.pk.
